New design of damper hinge C62/C63


Since damper hinge were invented till now, it is becoming more and more common in people’s daily life. But:

What should be a most idealism damper hinge? Or what is the key point of such a hinge?

1.      either smoothly or sharply closing the door, the door never no strike, also can be closed in the quick time;

2.      the door can be opening slightly, no additional force be applied due to damper system;

3.      either fully open, or only open a little bit, damper always works;

4.      the same way with 2 way conceal hinge, also 2 way damper hinge;

5.      no oil leak, no spring break, no any problem, no rusty, can be used long long long……

Now after the hard work by talented Engineer, We have got it!

We developed a new working way of damper, see following picture:

With this design, the advantage is obviously:

a.      the opening resistance (brought by damper system) reduced percentage: d1*d1*3.14/4/d2*d2*3.14=4*4*3.14/4 / 7.2*7.2*3.14/4 = 31%

b.      closing damper force increased percentage:

d2*d2*3.14/4 / (d2*d2*3.14-d1*d1*3.14)/4 = 12.56/28.13 = 44.65%

Together with the modification of cylinder, we can achieve a wonderful result.
